Stephano’s began in 1998 as a small gyro shop called Daily Chicken, right outside of UNLV. Started by Stephano himself and his parents! As the business grew, Stephano brought in his niece and nephew, Maria and Nick, to help him expand and grow the business into what you see today. Every recipe on our menu was carefully selected and curated from Stephano’s mother’s very own cookbook. With a mix of influences from Greece, Lebanon, and Armenia, Stephano’s unique flavor profile has made it one of the top Mediterranean restaurants in all of Las Vegas and Henderson!
